LEOMINSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS

*Oversee and conduct ParentChild+ expansion program for eligible families including intake applications on families and recruitment.

*Provide home visitation to 1-2 families April-June 30

*Guide families on filling out the Ages & Stages 

*Complete assessments and Daisy paperwork into the ParentChild+ database

*Experience required with the ParentChild+ Program*

5 hours per week for 17 weeks
