Essential Job Functions:
Maintains an inviting, safe, orderly environment
Works collaboratively with staff members at the site
Maintains a clear and consistent line of communication with program staff, school administration, and
parents
Completes weekly planners 
Develops schedules that incorporate student interests, and ensure their successful implementation
Provides day-to-day oversight of assigned group and group staff
Monitors student behavior on site during program hours
Communicates regularly with Director and Assistant Director regarding all aspects of the program

Other Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and team-building skills
Must have the ability to be flexible and to work collaboratively
Available to work during program hours 
Available to work 8-week summer camp
Background in education preferred and must have a passion for working with children
High School Diploma required/ Degree preferred
