Leominster Public Schools is seeking a Lead ABA Tutor

Special Education Lead ABA Tutor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four Year Degree
• Have the ability to relate to and work with children with disabilities
• Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community.
• Previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition to the contractual responsibilities of an ABA Tutor, the ABA Lead Tutor will:

• Coordinate coverage for absences 

• Assist in training of new ABA Tutors and ABA Paras 

• Assist BCBA and teachers with progress reports, developing IEPs, developing behavior plans and assist with conducting assessments

• Coordinate with BCBA to provide updates/training during curriculum time or early release days 

• Arrive 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes late to assist with arrival and dismissal 

*The ABA Lead Tutor will be on shift with students all day w/ the exception of training time, prep, and lunch

Stipend: $5,000 annually (Prorated)
